In short

This website does not set any cookies, does not use any analytics or advertising services and does not load any content from third-party servers. Fonts, images and the video are stored on our own web server.

Server logs

When you visit the website, our web host BizzNet IT GmbH (Hauptstraße 14, Tür 1, 4210 Gallneukirchen, Austria) stores technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser) in log files. This is necessary for the secure operation of the website (legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted after one day.

Contact by phone or email

If you call or write to us (e.g. for a group race or to order a gift voucher), we use your details only to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Links to Google Maps

The “Plan route”, “Google Maps” and “All reviews on Google Maps” links lead to Google. Data is only transferred to Google once you click such a link; Google’s privacy policy then applies.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, please contact office@gokart.at. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
